INGREDIENTS
6 almojabanas (pan de bonos)
1 1/2 cups of milk
1/3 cup condensed milk
1 cup guava paste, cubed.
1 tsp vanilla extract
Vanilla ice cream for serving (optional, but think about it)
PREPARATION
In a bowl mix milk, condensed milk and vanilla extract. Cube the almojabanas, add them to the mix, cover with plastic wrap and leave in fridge overnight.
Preheat oven at 400F. Butter a baking dish and pour in half of the mix and add half of the cubed guava, dispersed throughout. Add the rest of the mix and guava.
Set the oven at 300F and immediately put the baking dish in oven. Bake for 30 minutes. You can check if done by using a butter knife, if you poke the pudding and knife comes out clean, it’s done! Serve warm with vanilla ice cream and a drizzle of condensed milk, cuz we #extra like that! ❤️
