Ginger Tea Latte

For my tea lovers or for those who have been overdoing it lately with their coffee, like me 😳, I got this deliciousness for you! Ginger Tea Latte ❤️ The ginger and raw honey in this healthy recipe are great immune system boosters, anti-inflammatory, rich in antioxidants, and anti-viral 🙌 Lord knows we need this rn! This latte is perfect for an afternoon pick-me-up as it gives lots of energy & it’s deliciously comforting 🤗

I used my Zulay Kitchen MilkBoss Frother GET IT HERE to make that delicious espumita. You can skip frothing your drink, but there is just something about a frothy beverage that makes me feel some type of way. ☕ In a small pot, bring 1 ½ cup of water to a simmer. Mix in 2 tbsp of raw honey and a few slices of ginger root (measure with your heart). Reduce mixture until you have about a cup, eyeballing. Let cool down for a few minutes and strain.

🥛 Warm up your fave milk, I like unsweetened almond milk.

Frothy: In a deep container or pot, mix 1 part ginger tea and 1 part milk, add about ½ tsp of vanilla extract and froth away. Serve in a mug and top with a drizzle of raw honey and cinnamon powder.

Non-frothy: Pour in a mug, 1 part ginger tea, 1 part milk, ½ tsp of vanilla extract and top with cinnamon powder.

Note: You can adjust the flavor by adding more ginger tea or milk, depending on how much of that ginger kick you like! If you have any leftover ginger tea or would like to make a big batch, you can store in a closed container and keep in the fridge.
