Hollandaise Sauce a.k.a LIQUID GOLDš„ā This easy recipe is done in less than 10 minutes and using a blender. Believe me, it’s the best day of your life!

INGREDIENTS:ā

3 egg yolksā
ā
1 tsp mustard, preferably Dijonā
ā
Ā½ lemon juiceā
ā
Ā½ cup butter, unsalted (if using salted, skip salt)ā
ā
Saltā
ā
Freshly ground black pepper or cayenne pepperā
ā
PREPARATION:ā
ā
1ļøā£ In a blender, add egg yolks, lemon juice, mustard, salt & pepper. Pulse or blend at the lowest speed for 20-30 seconds.ā
ā
2ļøā£ In a small pot, melt the butter at low temp, stirring or moving the pot in a circular motion while butter melts (this helps to make sure the heat doesnāt break the fat from the dairy.) ā
ā
3ļøā£ Once the butter melts completely, pour it slowly in the mix while the blender is going at the slowest speed. Taste the sauce, season with salt and lemon juice if needed. VOILA! Your #sauce is ready! ENJOY š¤ ā
