Mango & Avocado Salsa

DOES YOUR SALAD NEED A HUG? Give it some good Summer love with this refreshing (and very delicious!) Mango & Avo Salsa šŸ„­šŸ„‘ You can serve this with anything! It goes well with lean proteins like fish, chicken breast or pork tenderloin OR maybe you just want a quick and healthy snack and you eat it with tortilla chips… who am I to judge?! That’s your business honey!

I grilled Mahi Mahi, served it on a bed of lettuce and added a ton of this tropical love on top šŸ’›Oh! and tostones, lots of tostones! ’cause that’s my business! šŸ™ƒā

Mango & Avocado Salsa ⁠

INGREDIENTS: ⁠

1 Mango, peeled and cut into small cubes⁠
⁠
1 Avocado, cut into small cubes⁠
⁠
1 Tomato, seeds removed and diced⁠
⁠
½ red onion, diced⁠
⁠
1 lemon, juice⁠
⁠
Cilantro, chopped⁠
⁠
1 jalapeno, sliced (optional) ⁠
⁠
Salt⁠
⁠
Fresh ground pepper⁠
⁠
Olive oil ⁠
⁠
PREPARATION:⁠
⁠
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Mix well and serve with your favorite lean protein: fish, chicken or pork. You can enjoy with chips as well for a delicious snack! #onehungrychicaā
